It is a stunning contrast to see the modern cities of Beijing and Shanghai, then travel a mere few hours and find yourself thrown back in time where the real China exists.
The mighty Yangtze River is a draw card for thousands of tourist wanting to see the Three Gorges Damn project and close by in Chengdu is where China’s Panda Bears call home.
An area of great interest to many is the highlands of Tibet and the stunning natural beauty of the famed Shangri La.
