Destination Asia operates on the philosophy that each of the companies within the Group will manage its own operational, legal, administrative, financial and supplier relationships… based on the unique legislative and tourism licensing requirements of its country. This mandate allows Destination Asia to quickly and efficiently design and implement services solely for the needs of its of its overseas clientele.
There are some Destination Asia services that require the support of a Group wide policy and office to supply support in the area of marketing, media relationships, sales plans, corporate image (including this web site), financial standards, key clientele support co-ordination and human resource support. These services are managed by the Destination Asia ‘Corporate Office’ office in Sydney Australia.
James Reed (CEO/Group Managing Director) and Nicole Naylor (Regional Manager/Australia) head the Corporate Office and provide specialist services to support the various Destination Asia companies as and when required. Jim, Nicole and their team are constantly busy communicating with the Destination Asia offices to assist in the quality and business expansion of the Group as a whole.
James Reed also spends a considerable percentage of his time visiting each Destination Asia company during which he is based out of the Bangkok office of Destination Asia (Thailand).
Destination Asia also operates five international sales offices covering the United States, British Isles, continental Europe and Australia/New Zealand.
