Donna Murphy

Donna Murphy joined Destination Asia in January 2008 in the role of Customer Service Executive in Indonesia.

Based in Bali, Donna has been responsible for on-site customer support to Destination Asia’s rapidly growing ‘tour operator/tour wholesaler’ business. This has entailed working as the customer contact for any matter that arises during their holiday time in Indonesia, from tour briefings, recommendations on dining or local handicrafts, liaison with major international Consulates in Bali, airline relationships, charter co-ordination and assistance with Destination Asia’s cruise business.

Prior to joining Destination Asia, Donna worked in the hotel industry in Phuket, and formerly worked for six years as a tour manager with a major international travel company, handling groups throughout the Far East.

Recently, Donna was promoted to General Manager, Indonesia. With a country of over 17,000 islands, the job is huge, and the options are seemingly endless. We expect to be able to offer our clients the best of the best that Indonesia has to offer.
