Addie has been involved in the tourism industry all of her professional life, a career spanning almost twenty five years. She has been a shareholder and Director of Destination Asia since its formation in 1996 and has been instrumental in its phenomenal success. Addie has personally selected the team in the Bangkok head office and overseen its growth in the Incentive / Convention, tour operating and Cruise Ship markets.
Khun Addie has become one of the leading identities in the travel business in Thailand. Her creative talents in the Incentive market are known around the world as she personally creates travel ‘experiences’ for the most discerning clients. Her list of successful group movements reads like a ‘who’s who’ of Fortune 500 companies. As a result of her work in the Incentive area she is now on the Board of Directors of TICA [the Thailand Incentive and Convention Association] and is involved on numerous marketing efforts of the ‘Kingdom of Thailand’, to markets around the world.
Addie was with Tour East Thailand for over twenty years prior to joining Destination Asia, where she held the position of General Manager. K. Addie believes in the preservation of the culture and values of Thailand and strives to protect the unique way of life in every program delivered by the Company. She is actively involved in the charity work established by Destination Asia in Thailand.
