Among Hang’s many important roles within the company is the difficult task of dealing with the officials of Vietnam’s immigration and customs team, whether at the airport on at port side when working with cruise ship passengers. If you have ever requested a Vietnam visa on arrival or an approval for a visa to be issued overseas it is down to Hang to ensure that your request is approved with minimal inconvenience.
Away from immigration, Hang is also responsible for much of our ‘internal’ arrangements with the authorities and our local suppliers for our incentive programs and is paramount to ensuring we have access to such wonderful venues such as the Presidential Palace and many other locations we work with for our off site gala dinners and functions.
