Paul Levrier
Paul Levrier, our Managing Director, has established himself as an accomplished member of the group. He first visited Vietnam back in the difficult days of 1988 when few travellers came to the country, and returned on numerous occasions before finally settling in Saigon in 1994. Since that time his affinity and understanding of Vietnam’s rich and varied culture and society has grown to the point where he now considers Vietnam his permanent home.
A fluent speaker of Vietnamese and an accomplished photographer, Paul has had the distinction of visiting all corners of the region extensively and proudly knows the ‘ins and outs’ that only come with a deep affinity of the country. Paul has also personally escorted a multitude of successful overland tours, cruise ships, journalists, film crews, incentive programs and cultural organisations and has produced ‘cutting edge’ programs for a vast variety of high profile clientele.
His 10 years ‘on the ground’ destination management experience in the Indochina region alone has made Paul become an indispensable member of the group. Today, he manages a team of 30 staff and also keeps himself busy as the General Director of our Cambodia operation. He is also considered our ‘creative man’ as he is responsible for designing our corporate look, promotional materials and the photographic imagery that you see on these pages. Where he finds the time for all this we don’t know!
