This half-day experience explores the cooler landscapes of the Cameron Highlands, where elevated terrain and cultivated slopes create a distinct contrast to Malaysia’s lowlands. Travelling by 4WD, the route climbs Gunung Brinchang, one of the highest peaks in the region accessible by road, with wide views across tea estates and layered valleys.
From here, a guided walk enters the Mossy Forest, a high-altitude ecosystem shaped by mist and steady moisture. Wooden pathways wind through dense vegetation, where moss-covered trees, orchids, pitcher plants and ferns thrive, with interpretation offering insight into the area’s biodiversity. The visit concludes at a nearby tea plantation, where cultivation and processing are introduced, followed by a tasting overlooking the surrounding hills.
