Leisure Travel Planner

About this role

As a Leisure Travel Planner, you will design and coordinate tailor-made travel experiences for international visitors. From creating inspiring itineraries and quotations to managing reservations and client requests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional journeys that showcase the very best of our destinations.

Key responsibilities

Develop personalized travel proposals and quotations that align with client interests, travel styles, and budgets for Japan.
Coordinate and confirm bookings for hotels, restaurants, transportation, guides, and other travel services to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries from travel agents and partners, providing expert advice and destination recommendations.
Identify opportunities to maximize revenue by recommending the most suitable experiences, services, and enhancements for each itinerary.
Assist with guest concerns and operational challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions that maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Work closely with operations, contracting, and supplier partners to ensure all travel arrangements are delivered smoothly and accurately.
Review itinerary details and book confirmations to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and service delivery.

What we’re looking for

A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable travel experiences and sharing destination knowledge with clients and partners.
The ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to adapt quickly to changing situations.
Previous experience in travel sales, leisure travel planning, tour operations, or a similar tourism-related role is preferred.
