A leading technology company requested an exclusive incentive program for 350 top-performing employees and partners from Asia-Pacific travelling to Siem Reap. With a high-achiever audience and a diverse group of interests to cater for, the brief was for delegates to experience a lesser-known side of Cambodia, combining the destination’s cultural heritage with elevated hospitality, distinctive dining and access to experiences beyond the usual temple circuit.
Bringing 350 guests together across multiple activities, venues and transportation movements called for detailed logistical planning and constant coordination. Several experiences also required close collaboration with heritage authorities and access to locations that are not typically available to large groups.
Strong local relationships helped create access to exclusive venues and experiences, while dedicated on-site teams worked closely with suppliers and authorities to manage the programme in real time. This combination of local expertise, careful planning and flexibility allowed the team to respond quickly to changing requirements while maintaining a high level of service throughout the experience.
