The Details

A US-based investment firm sought to reward 467 top-performing employees with a large-scale incentive program in Siem Reap. With guests arriving from Vietnam on chartered flights and the program delivered across multiple waves, streamlined operations and consistency were critical. Beyond flawless logistics, the experience required balancing cultural discovery, adventure, and meaningful team-building activities to create a rewarding incentive that recognised achievement while fostering connection, collaboration, and engagement. The program also needed to ensure a consistent guest experience across all arrivals while maintaining a high standard of delivery throughout.

  • Exploring the temples of Angkor
    Guests experienced guided visits to the iconic Angkor Wat, offering a memorable introduction to Cambodia’s rich history and one of the world’s most celebrated heritage sites.
  • Off-road countryside adventure
    Travelling by 4x4 Jeep, participants explored rural landscapes, local villages, and rice fields, delivering a dynamic and immersive perspective of the region beyond the temples.
  • Hands-on Cambodian cooking experience
    Participants engaged in an interactive cooking session, learning traditional techniques and preparing local dishes, creating a shared experience rooted in culture and collaboration.
  • Community impact through CSR activities
    As part of the program, guests worked together to build three homes for local families, fostering meaningful connections while making a lasting positive impact within the community.
Delivering a program of this scale across 20 consecutive days required precise coordination, detailed planning, and operational consistency at every stage. Dedicated teams of guides, transport providers, and activity coordinators ensured each group was privately catered to, while carefully scheduled charter arrivals and departures avoided overlap, congestion, and disruption between groups.

On-the-ground support included extended hospitality desk coverage, providing continuous assistance, real-time coordination, and proactive guest management throughout the program. Through strong local partnerships, clear communication, and meticulous execution, the team successfully delivered a complex, multi-wave incentive that combined adventure, culture, and purpose, leaving participants feeling consistently rewarded, deeply connected, and inspired throughout their journey.
