A global leader in the energy sector sought an extraordinary incentive trip to reward top performers and key partners from the US. Following the postponement of the 2020 program, the experience was rescheduled to 2025, building anticipation for a truly memorable journey. The objective was to create a celebration that blended luxury, relaxation, and unique cultural moments, recognising achievement, strengthening connections, and inspiring continued success. More than a reward, the experience needed to leave guests feeling valued, recharged, and motivated to reach new milestones.

  • Ethical elephant sanctuary experience
    Guests visited an ethical elephant sanctuary aligned with animal welfare standards, where they interacted with elephants alongside mahouts in a responsible and educational setting.
  • Cultural and local discovery experiences
    A curated selection of activities was offered, including a longtail boat journey through Bangkok’s canals, a visit to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, and an excursion to the River Kwai, balancing exploration with relaxation.
  • Private charter journey between destinations
    A private charter flight connected Chiang Mai and Bangkok, ensuring a seamless and comfortable transition between the two cities during a peak travel period.
  • Bangkok dine-around experience
    The final evening brought guests together through a dine-around concept featuring Blue Elephant and CHAR Restaurant at Hotel Indigo, allowing participants to choose their preferred dining experience.

When the original elephant sanctuary became unavailable, the team swiftly secured a fully compliant ethical alternative that met the same animal welfare standards, ensuring the experience could continue without compromising the program for the client or their guests.
