Destination Asia Hong Kong General Manager Michael Mou recently tried the concept during a site inspection organised by the Macao Tourism Board and identified its potential for future incentive programmes. The format can be adapted for gourmet meals, celebrations and drinks, allowing it to slot into different types of itinerary. More importantly, the experience is immediately understandable and inherently shareable: everyone around the table experiences the same views and the same rush.
