Singapore will welcome tourism leaders from across Southeast Asia when the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2027 takes place from 18 to 22 January.

Hosted on a rotational basis by ASEAN member states, the annual event brings together key players from across the region’s tourism industry to strengthen cooperation and promote Southeast Asia as a diverse single destination.

The 2027 edition takes on added significance as it coincides with ASEAN’s 60th anniversary. Under the theme Transforming Tourism, Empowering Tomorrow, discussions will look towards the next chapter for the region, with connectivity, sustainable tourism development and greater intra-ASEAN travel among the areas of focus.

For host city Singapore, the forum provides another opportunity to underline its role as a major hub for travel and tourism in Asia. More broadly, ATF 2027 will bring industry leaders and tourism stakeholders together to reflect on six decades of regional cooperation while considering the opportunities and challenges shaping the sector’s future.
